Sieben was founded in 2021 by seven friends who studied engineering together and decided the Zambian construction industry could do better. Better communication. Better accountability. Better outcomes. Five years and more than twenty projects later, that is still the standard we hold ourselves to.

Living outside Zambia? We've done this before, and we know how to make it work.

Consultation
We start with a conversation. We listen to what you want to build, where you are in the process, and what matters most to you. No pressure, no commitment.

Scope and Planning
We produce a full project scope, bill of quantities, and timeline. You review and approve everything before a single brick is laid.

Build and Report
Construction begins — and so do the updates. Formal progress reports, WhatsApp photo updates, and a dedicated point of contact throughout.

Handover
We walk you through the completed project, hand over full documentation, and make sure everything meets the standard we agreed at the start.
