Job Title: Intern β Administration and Sales
Job Type: Full-time Internship
Location: Lusaka
Start Date: 1st November 2025
Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)
Stipend: Yes β covers transport, lunch, and basic expenses
This internship offers a chance to get real-world experience in both administration and client-facing roles within the construction sector. Youβll work closely with our technical and sales teams, helping to drive growth and deliver great experiences to our clients.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
As our Administration and Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our office and sales efforts. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, assisting in sales activities, and ensuring efficient client communication.
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office tasks
- Handle walk-in clients and maintain a professional front desk
- Maintain office supplies and assist with meeting coordination
Sales Support
- Manage and implement our blog and social media content calendar
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales leads
- Support lead generation and client follow-ups
- Collaborate with the technical team to meet sales targets
β Minimum Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven administrative experience
- Familiarity with sales and marketing basics
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Must be based in Lusaka (or willing to relocate at own cost)
- Demonstrated perseverance and ability to work independently
